All Students and Staff now have access to Full Education version of Canva. We have rolled out 4 apps to all computers at HP High, Canva, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher.

Office 365

As a member of staff or student at Holmleigh Park High School (and as long as you stay as such), you can benefit from Microsoft's Office 365 offer, for free.

This include the use of all Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and many others) online from any device, and the possibility to install the corresponding apps on up to 10 devices.

In order to enjoy this offer, follow this guide  :

1. Go to office.com

2. Sign in with your school account (username@hphigh.co.uk) and your usual password

3. This lands you on the home page

4. There, you can already use any of the apps listed - this is the online version, thus requiring you to stay connected.

5. To install the Office apps on your device, click on the "Install Office" button on the top right side of the screen, and "Office 365 apps" : 

6. This will download the installer and provide you with the instructions to install.

Don't forget : Once installed and when you start Office for the first time, you will have to sign in again with your school account to activate the license !

You should be asked to sign in automatically when you start one of the apps, but if not, from the app's home page, you should see the "Account" link on the bottom left corner. Click there to sign in with your school account.
